This is a demonstration document for the CreatorConnect platform. In a production deployment, this page would contain the complete, legally-reviewed privacy policy governing the use of the service.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using CreatorConnect, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
Users must provide accurate information and complete email OTP verification. Influencers are responsible for the accuracy of their profile data, follower counts and rate cards.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Pro subscriptions are billed via Razorpay. Monthly plans are valid for 30 days; Lifetime plans do not expire unless revoked. A 7-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time subscriptions. GST-compliant invoices are issued for every payment.
4. Content & Conduct
Profiles must not contain offensive content, fraudulent claims or links to harmful sites. CreatorConnect reserves the right to moderate, suspend or remove any profile that violates these standards.
5. Privacy & Data
We collect only the data needed to operate the platform. Contact details are shown only to logged-in users. We never sell personal data to third parties.
6. Limitation of Liability
CreatorConnect is a discovery platform and is not a party to any agreement between brands and creators. We are not liable for the outcome of collaborations arranged through the platform.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
